OSF Export of Maps... #1743

I'm a OsmAnd Live subscriber - which works well if I download the maps from the map server.

But, if I use the OSF Export of Map resources on my primary iPhone, when I open that OSF file on my backup iPhone the maps all load but not in the OsmAnd Live area and Hillshading does not work and is duplicated in Maps & Resources - see the screenshots below.

Seems like OSF files with my Map data should be linked to my OsmAnd Live account. And, that Hillshading should work. Haven't tested the "Other Maps" for a given area to see if they work when transferred using OSF Export.

Live updates are not supported for backups but the bug with Hillshade we aim to fix with 4.2 version
