Wrong usage of traffic_calming=island

currently there is a wrong usage of traffic_calming=island warnings

Attributes set:

direction=backward
surface=grass
traffic_calming=island

1. warning is ignoring direction and warns in both directions
2. icon for warning shows bumper instead of island

in germany correct would be: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Zeichen_222_-_Vorgeschriebene_Vorbeifahrt,_Rechts_vorbei,_StVO_2017.svg

but using the us version in a custom way would be still better than showing a bumper :) https://www.trafficsignsandsafety.com/shop/product/r4-7-18x24-keep-right-of-island-symbol/89

A bump is displayed in both directions of the route. Although, it is displayed in OsmAnd as Traffik island
