Description

Android task https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues/20841

How to reproduce

Zoom in closer to location
Set custom camera tilt angle
Tap Zoom out few times

Actual result

Camera tilt angle jumps from smaller angle to bigger that assigned to different zoom levels

Expected result

Use custom angle until zoom level angle will be bigger than custom
