Add option hide/show for historical route #11108

Add options hide/show for historical route (typ=historic:route)

When looking at a hiking trail in OsmAnd app mine noticed that certain, no longer existing routes are displayed. Hiking Route X7 was dismantled in 2016, but we see it in OsmAnd.

Then please DO NOT DELETE, but

convert to historical route (type = historic: route). https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/60970

No more existing routes should not be displayed by default.
