Unreadable value of the lines in Radius Ruler widget #12030

Description

In the 'Movement direction' map orientation mode when you rotate map, some lines value leave the screen and become unreadable.

How to reproduce?

Enable Radius ruller widget and rotate map in the 'Movement direction' mode.

Your Environment

OsmAnd Version: 3.9.10 Android/iOS version: Android Device model: Experience XZ1

Maps used (online or offline):
If you have an issue related to offline maps, tell us the exact name of the map file where the issue occurs and its edition date.
