2 years ago Surely there would be licensing problems (because Google)?
Would seem simpler to establish this as a TTS engine / voice in the OS, for OsmAnd to use, rather than changing OsmAnd itself.

Add an option for prerecorded Google Cloud TTS navigation voice. It would have a more natural sounding for more languages (like mine)
Describe the solution you'd like
Prerecord the voice for navigation there and put in the app for every language
