Problem rendering island and park of the same relation / same geometry #13647

We haven't solution for this issue at this moment. Trying to change order between island and park wasn't success.

@vshcherb, I noticed that on the topo style everything seems to look normal, but on the osmand style there is still a problem.

Objects sorted by size but here size is the same, so it ends up randomly selected, we don't have instrument to fine tune it right now.
