Allow user to suppress distracting sea boundaries

Recently OsmAnd+ (on Android) has started displaying the sea boundaries of each country. This can be very "busy" and distracting when viewing a large territorial area. For example the Aegean sea east of Greece. Quite simply it clutters an otherwise excellent map display with features that make it hard to read ... and I would suggest the feature is not of interest to most users.

I propose that there should be a user configuration option to suppress the national boundary where it overlays the sea/ocean.

I have not been able to find any work-around to this problem.
