Incorrect Finnish translations. Fix Finland regions

All three subpages of Download maps (Download, Local, Updates) have the same mistakes concerning Eastern Finland (=Itä-Suomi) and Northern Finland (=Pohjois-Suomi).

I have marked the wrong ones with red colour. I have used #1 for Eastern Finland and #2 for Northern Finland in the 3 screenshots attached to this message.

1 shall be: "Suomi, Itä-Suomi"

2 shall be: "Suomi, Pohjois-Suomi"

In other words, those two shall be consistent with Southern Finland (Etelä-Suomi) and Western Finland (Länsi-Suomi).

At the link "https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/ui/details.html?osmtype=R&osmid=2579841&class=boundary https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/ui/details.html?osmtype=R&osmid=2579841&class=boundary" they have the long and bureaucratic name "Itä-Suomen aluehallintovirasto" (en: Regional State Administrative Agency for Eastern Finland). This is the same "incorrect" name that I originally reported to you, appearing at the download pages of OsmAnd.

The strange thing is that all of the four main areas of Finland have those long names shown on the map of openstreemap.org, next to the boundaries drawn on the map. Despite this, OsmAnd has the shorter names for Southern FInland and Western Finland (but not for Eastern and Northern Finland).
