š feature request: E-mail based license keys
Description
I'd like to see a feature where you can get a license key via e-mail, instead of one that is tied to your Google Play account. This would be useful for people who don't want to use their Google account to purchase the app, for people who don't have a Google account at all, and for people who don't want to use Google Play, but would still like to support the developers.
Describe the solution you'd like
I was thinking that you could have a button that says "Get license key via e-mail" or something like that. When you click it, it would allow people to buy the license via a 3rd party payment provider, like PayPal. After payment, users would get an e-mail with an activation link / code that they could use to activate the app. This way, you could use any e-mail address you want, and you wouldn't have to use Google Play.
The code should be a one-time code, just for activating a single installation, so that people can't just share the link with other people and get them to activate the app for free. This prevents abuse of the system, and it also makes it possible for the developers to revoke the license when someone tries to abuse it.
