osmand remains with an indexing notification #16400

Description

OsmAnd pro

I've various maps with live updates.

When updates starts, it ends with a notification about indexing a map which cannot be removed from the notification tray. I must reboot the phone in order to get rid of it.

Your Environment

OsmAnd Version: 4.3.6 Android/iOS version: android 9.1.0 Device model: Huwaei Honor 9 lite

Maps used (online or offline):
If you have an issue related to offline maps, tell us the exact name of the map file where the issue occurs and its edition date.

When it occurs again, I'll say what map keeps indexing.

The notification says:

Indexing map... Caribbean-archipelago-all_centralamerica_23_02_22...

For me sometimes it is the indexing map notification, sometimes it is the "Downloading xxx Live updates" notification. This evening it is the downloading one. The download bar is stuck at about 3%, the phone is connected to wifi.

This happens to me regularly too, but the map that it seems to get stuck on indexing is different each time. At the moment, it's stuck as follows:

Note that I took this screenshot at 16:40. I am not using an SD card.

I find that although the notification isn't swipable, I can make it go away by going into the app, Download maps, Update tab, refresh Live updates.
