Some menus opens above bottom widgets #17425

  • Audio note recording is a widget so it should be opening like on screenshot
  • Move point doesn't hide other widgets so it shouldn't hide bottom widgets as well?

Audio note recording is not a widget. User can't add or hide it from panel. User should decide if widget is visible or not, it there is no data, app should show widget with placeholder. How it will work if user decide to move mostly all widgets to the bottom panel, and left small window on the top for map?

Both this menu doesn't hide bottom widgets, because they didn't exist one week ago without navigation.
