Allow easier creation of route_marker nodes #17592

Description

When hiking out on trails I often want to mark route markers but they're hard to tag as "Route Marker" doesn't pop up in the Create POI screen. They were added as renderable items last year (#13739) which has more information on the tag type.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add "Route Marker"

Describe alternatives you've considered

No, you can workaround by editing the tag in the advanced submenu but the UX is very clunky and you're typically tagging them repeatedly on a hike

We have Route marker as a POI types (see POI_types.xml), but it is not proposed while creating a POI.

Technical note: there is an issue that's additional to tourism=information and not a separate entity
