Contours not rendering properly #17679

Description

Cotours should form complete rings but for some reason these ones are just forming horseshoe shapea

How to reproduce

Observe -34.99999 135.95146 in the app

Expected result

Contours should not be split like this

Environment OsmAnd Version: OsmAnd+ 4.4.7, released: 2023-04-10 Android/iOS version: Android 12 Device model: OnePlus 7

This is because contours are processed by tile 1x1 degree. These artifacts are negligible in my opinion and are very hard to fix in planetary scale.

Is this similar to the issue we can see in Hornstrandir's slope/contour/terrain data?

"negligible" is tricky, since it undermines the entire slope/elevation profiles in the affected area.

(Sorry if this is unrelated, but it's the closest I could find. If incorrect, feel free to delete)
