Add possibility to use Ferry in the "Public Transport" routing

Description

At the moment ferry is not represented in OsmAnd as a form of public transport, adding it to the profile would improve the travelling experience. Our user from Norway suggested adding a ferry to the Public Transport profile, as it currently exists only in the Avoid roads function in the Pedestrian profile.
