Expire doesn't seem to work for own online map

Description

I've added my own tile server to OsmAnd+ with an expire time of one minute. Though changing the tiles on the tileserver will not get reflected on the app even after five minutes. I found this issue which should be solved but apparently doesn't seem to have fixed it for me: https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-iOS/issues/1838

How to reproduce

Add a new tile server with tileserver-gl and add an expire time of one minute and store as sqlite db, load the tiles, change the images on the tile server and open OsmAnd again.

Actual result

The tiles of the old version are shown until one clears the cache manually.

Expected result

The new tiles should be shown after a maximum of one minute

OsmAnd~ 4.6.0#871m, released: 2023-10-13

• the app really doesn't refresh online tiles automatically (i.e. do not upload them in background after 1 minute or how it is specified in the settings)
• tiles are only reloaded when the map screen is refreshed (when location or zoom level are changed or when portrait mode changes to landscape mode)
• we can see similar behavior when, for example, changing the map mode or enabling Contour lines (see https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues/18236)

I tested using online map Google traffic. You can see on the video (look at the creation time), that SQLite files:

• didn't update when I just opened the map and didn't move it
• updated after zooming in and out
