Synthetic lanes could be indicated in some visual way #18617

Describe the idea (required)

The synthesised lane directions, where no explicit lane information exists in OSM, are very useful and work in most cases. However, there are times where they are incorrect or not appropriate - which is not OsmAnd's fault, deducing lanes where there is insufficient information in OSM is difficult.

My suggestion is that synthesised lane directions should be given a special visual marker, for example a small red triangle as below:

osmand-lanes-XXXXXX

This is just a mockup - obviously a properly designed and rendered marker would look much better - but it would help three classes of users:

Tell us about the expected behaviour (required)

There should be some way to tell whether synthesised lanes are being shown.

Tell us about alternatives you've considered (required)

Obviously the user should check OSM if there are misleading indications before raising an OsmAnd bug report, but this is not easy to do on the move.

Context (optional)

I think it's a good idea, but how about replacing the red triangle with a caution sign, indicating that you should pay attention to the turn lanes (if necessary).

Especially cause we want to redesign lanes into 1 navigation widget we probably can later keep this widget for Mappers and have proposed indication
