Rotating screen causes Change Marker Position malfunction

Description

When I select a point of “My Places” or a marker on the map, I select the Actions option, and then the Change Marker Position option, then the Apply and Cancel buttons are displayed. If I rotate screen phone or exit the app and re-enter to the app again, the context actions are no longer visible, nor is the main menu shown to choose another option. It is only restored to normal by exiting the app, waiting a few minutes and entering again. This bug behaves similar to the fixed bug described in https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues/17080 but in this case in the Change Marker Position option.

Steps to reproduce

• select a point of “My Places” or a marker on the map
• select the Actions option
• select Change Marker Position option
• rotate screen phone or exit the app and re-enter to the app again

Actual result

the context actions are no longer visible

The bug has been reproduced. To reproduce it, add a Map Marker to the map, select it, then navigate to Actions > Change Marker Position. A context menu will appear with options. Next, attempt to rotate the phone to landscape orientation. Consequently, the context menu disappears, requiring the process to be restarted.
