delete a selection of map tiles (Microsoft Earth)

I use Microsoft Earth as an underlay and until now this tiles-folder has grown to 1,6 GB / 110.000 files.

Now I would like to delete that part of it I don´t use/need anymore. But thats not possible to select. I can delete all or leave it. But I want to keep at least the country I live in and the country I plan to travel to next. But there is no way for me to find out which files do belong to which countries.

A possibility to delete a selection, like "tiles by country" would be very helpful.

That could go to more sophisticated feature Delete selection, Invert selection (delete everything else), Select 2 areas... Unfortunately I don't see any easy solution
