[Feature Request] routing/navigation for emergency vehicles #19817

Describe the idea (required)

Allow to add an navigation profile to OsmAnd that allows using restricted roads for emergency vehicles

Tell us about the expected behaviour (required)

An option in the navigation profile to allow emergency vehicle routing. When this option is toggled on navigation calculates routes using streets with highway=service and service=emergency_access Maybe even footpaths and cycleways could be used (but then a slow speed should be considered in route calculation because you can not drive that fast on footpaths and cycleways.

It's possible to create a custom routing xml and it should work for emergency vehicles. OsmAnd supports variety of routings though it 's not necessary to make this generally available

Same Problem here, I use OSMAnd quite often when on duty, since our maps on the vehicles are quite out of date... Since our emergency dispatch also uses OSM this would be a nice feature. @vshcherb could you may give a link where to find more info on how to use custom routing?
