Description

Follow up for https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/discussions/20585 The Quick action button, that shows toilet POIs, doesn't fully work in OsmAnd nightly after update.

Steps to reproduce

Import Export_2024-08-14.osf.bin.txt in OsmAnd~ 4.9.0#2992m, released: 2024-08-15
activate Quick Actions named WC and Vand
tap on the QA on the map, see, that they are working ok
update the app
after updating the app, see if QA are working ok

Actual result

Quick Actions after update doesn't show toilet POIs

Expected result

Toilet POI is visible after tapping QA

Not sure if this is relevant for this bug but: I did a search for toilets and saved this as a filter (category) without actually using any of the filter options. After adding this new filter-category to the quick action button it now shows toilet-POIs.
