"Map style" option is not showing up #20961

OsmAnd 4.8.6 with Maps+ on Android 14.

Following the advice on https://osmand.net/docs/user/map/vector-maps/#default-map-styles, when I look for the "Map style" option, I can't find it anywhere. The "Map rendering" section doesn't contain the option on any of the map profiles I have enabled, as seen in the screenshot below.

I remember seeing the option there recently, and long ago I remember using the option to set different styles for the different profiles I use.

Hi! You need to check Profile settings in Menu – Settings – Profile – UI customization – Configure Map. Probably Map style item is hidden.

Thanks! I had no idea there was an option to hide settings from that screen.

A small message at the bottom of the configure map (and other such) sections indicating that "x options are hidden", with a link to the page you mentioned would be helpful.

But, as far as I am concerned, my issue is resolved.
