Strange icon/shape of custom action buttons #21061

Description

Quick action buttons are rendered in a strange way with a round shape but a octagon icon inside:

The standard buttons (like the 3D button) don't have this problem.

Steps to reproduce

Add a custom action.

Actual result

Strange button.

Expected result

Beautiful button.
