[Feature Request] Add GTFS routing support #4021

It would be nice to augment the offline routing for pedestrians, bikes and cars with functionality to search the local public transport. GTFS files can be obtained from pages like https://transitfeeds.com/.

I could use tools to synchronize GTFS databases with OSM. OsmAnd is showing better and better public transport but the data quality on OSM is poor and out of date. The European Union has introduced a law that requires open access to GTFS databases. It would be nice to get tools to use this data. Probably it would be possible to make live vehicles in the additional plug for OsmAnd.
