City names missing and main roads interrupted in default Osmand overview style

Hi, I am experiencing weird default rendering behaviour at some zoom levels on OsmAnd+ 2.9.3. Sometimes the names of cities are missing and their main roads are interrupted on the map. See the screenshots. The first one shows a lower zoom level with the city of "Uzes" missing. Note how also the streets in Nimes and Ales are strangely interrupted. The second one shows one zoom level higher with the city properly rendered. This happens in almost all European areas that I checked.

4013 apparently only occurs when regions overlap. This is not the case for this issue.

Another case of city name missing. This one might be different, just the name isn't rendered at the expected level. I would expect place=city gets preference before place=town or even place=village.

České Budějovice - admin level 8, place=city is not shown until zoomed in, meaning if you can see the name on the map, you are already there.

Instead, you will get names of towns or names of neighbourhoods.
