Transit routing - take opening_hours into account

Currently, the Public Transport routing feature in OsmAnd will suggest that I take a weekday bus and then transfer to a Saturday only bus to complete a route.

We have similar problems with night buses as well.

The same issues arises in Brussels where dedicated night bus lines are suggested for trips during the day.

Regarding opening_hours: It may be better to somehow just display these for participating routes but not use them as a filter, because PT routing is often used to generally check out PT transportation options in advance, meaning it is not necessarily used at the time you want to travel.
