What about adding additional pictograms in the basic illustration of a POI that contains positive tag info for "wheelchair accesibility" and "wheelchair accesible toilet"*.
Mby a negative tag could be illustrated like in the image below, using simple red lines.
Mappers on wheelmap.org are pretty active and with such an implementation it'd be a lot easier to find e.g. appropriate restaurants or bars.
If people don't want to see these icons there should be an option in settings to turn it off. Would it be possible to ask users during the first startup of OsmAnd if they want to see additional info for wheelchair users?
*Didn't know whether there's an official symbol for wheelchair toilets and thus I quickly created a simple one. Don't know if it can be understood like that.
