Better sound quality in audio notes #7427

Even with the audio bitrate at 128 kbps, it feels that the 3gp audio notes quality is low. I am recording the audio notes using AAC (it's also unclear the difference to the Default audio output format)

Is it possible to, somehow, have a better audio quality when recording audio notes?

I just found the reason why the audio quality is so bad even with 128 kbps AAC: https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd/issues/21028
