[Feature request] Import photos with geo tags in EXIF metadata as photo notes #8027

Approach 1: send photo via Share menu to OsmAnd. Osmand should read the photo, import geo tag from EXIF header and store it as a photo note. Do the same via some import dialog the same way tracks imported to "My Places"

Approach 2: (suggested by @sashkovishe in telegram) reimplement/improve the photo note storage format by using EXIF metadata with directory scan. This way it would be easy to add external folders to the list.

The similar feature available in Vespucci OSM editor but poorly implemented - when some geo-tagged image shared to it, it imports it's geo tag and all photos from the camera directory.

Also, EXIF metadata support (and using it as a main source of information) possibly could help to fix the #5657
