Use name:sr-Latn for transliteration #9393

Serbian language uses two interchangeable alphabets: Latin and Cyrillic. Place names on OSM in Serbia have all been written in Cyrillic (name=), while the Latin version is usually under name:sr-Latn=.

However when I select a language which isn't used much in Serbian tags (such as Slovene) and enable transliteration, I'm shown a placename transliterated by Russian rules instead of the Serbian Latin name. For example a town has name:sr-Latn=Temerin and name=Темерин, but I'm shown "Tiemierin" (in Serbian, written e is not pronounced ye/ie like in Russian).

It should instead render the name:sr-Latn tag if any.

Possibly a similar workaround should be added for Macedonian and Bulgarian, but it would involve a manual transliteration since they don't have any name:mk-Latn/bg-Latn tags, likely because they are Cyrillic-only languages. Nevertheless, they also aren't ye-based: Крушево (MK) should be rendered as Kruševo or Krushevo, not Krushievo.
