How to add images to a POI without Mapillary #9721

Some days ago I added my OSM account to OsmAnd+ on Android and started modifying POIs. Now I want to add images to them, for what seems that I don't need OSM account, but for this I'm asked to install Mapillary, which is horrible app about privacy (it's not on F-Droid too).

So my questions is whether is there any way to add image from OsmAnd+ on Android without Mapillary: just importing from device.

I am only aware of temporäry image usage to serve as a basis for mapping.

For yourself only you can use the "Audio/Video notes" plugin. They however cannot be uploaded.
You can upload images to osm notes using Street Complete
You can upload an image to an arbitrary hoster and add a link in e.g. an osm note or the note key
