example for minimal tests for hole, sph_process, and sos_triangle via test_hole.sh script and stored reference data
test is simple diff between generated data (with fixed RANSEED) and reference
TODO: incorporate docs/hole_test
TODO: add CI / GH actions
TODO: possibly split

Please feel free to take over the PR and improve/change it!

The diff does not work at the moment. One needs to filter lines in the output files that contain PREFIX.
