OSMbe paid 598 euros for SotM-EU (pretalx subscription), but it's not registered at OSgeo because we paid it from the OKBE account. To be taken into account when we do the final bookkeeping for SotM-EU

Take in account fietssnelwegen bill that was paid to okbe at end of 2023.
