Den Ist-Stand als Vector Tiles bereitstellen #10

Auch das, was wir jetzt haben, hilft schon sehr beim weiteren Mappen. Es wäre daher ideal, wenn wir den aktuellen Stand als Vector Tiles mit täglichem(?) Update online stellen könnten für ganz Berlin oder NK+Xhain.

Die Vector Styles können dann auf einer Website mit einem Custom Mapbox Vector Tile Stiel dargestellt werden. (TODO @tordans)
