add kartaview button #18

i only upload to kartaview, so it could be linked aswell, also with the same location

All right, done :). I added it as a smaller button next to mapillary since IMO the Kartaview crowd is smaller and Kartaview as a worse UX. Unfortunatelly one cannot filter by date via Link as well, so its only the location that I can provide.

But still, I think this is a good addition.
