[x] Switch back to using trafficSigns.ts, cleanup corresponding code
[x] Rework the wiki part to lookup wiki tags separately just for the /signs page
[x] Move the localFile to trafficSigns.ts
[ ] Evaluate checking the image Licence of all those SVGs automatically
