管理サイト（/admin)について、メニューの表示順序が、A..Zあいうえ漢字　の順序になっているため、ワークフローとの関係がわかりにくい。

提案、　スケジュール、　ユーザ管理　など分かれていると使いやすい。

最低限、順序を替えられないかな？
