Simplify sample configurations

Renamed from tilecache to "tileman": please re-config your git repository. This is OpenStreetMap "Tile-cache" and "Tile-server" recipe with Nginx and embeded Lua. A backend is Tirex, mapnik and PostGIS.

Simplify sample configurations #19

There are several sample configurations but it is directory bond to tile.openstreetmap.jp configuration.

It makes developer/users difficult to test and understand it.

We need to simplify these samples.
