A Bing layer #92

Would it be possible to allow the switching of the base layer from OSM to say Bing with a townland layer on top? This would make townlands.ie better for people wanting to know which townland a property is located in, especially as we still have a lot of work to add properties/buildings in the OSM DB.

I don't think we're allowed use Bing for that. :(
