Bastionmodule 25% Missilevelocity not calculated using Torpeodus #190

As the Topic says, the Bastionmodule fitted to an Golem does not show the Bonus of 25% to missile velocity of Torpedos on osmium. (At least not to Mjolnir Javelin Torpedos)
