Community Observed high activity from Wayanad District (more than 221 new mappers in Oct 12-13, 2020) editing. A letter is need to draft for community collaboration, inviting coordinators to #osmkerala community channel and document the organised editing protocol in wiki. @naveenpf @arkarjun
