Mac names #4

There is a Mac Tavish Lane and a Macbeth lane. I'm not sure how they should be capitalized.

According to plat 52/100 (county) it is MACTAVISH so the space is probably absent.

In 2013 the County standardized the spelling to MacTavish Ave.
