Make foreign keys clickable using tag2link #270

Currently, only the wikidata field is clickable in the tag-diff. This PR integrates https://github.com/JOSM/tag2link so that many other OSM keys are now clickable, such as contact:twitter, website, mapillary, ref:whc, and many more
