TODO:

[ ] @sethvincent there's a bug when clicking on a card where it won't set the active observation. I'm happy to merge this now and file a bug to tackle it later.

Thanks @sethvincent! I fixed the bugs and added a delete button. I'm going to close #190 and open a new issue for styling.
