App crashes consistently after common workflow #128

Coordinator app crashes every time you do this:

  1. Download a new geographic area from OSM
  2. Go to the data tab and try to export your observations in any format.

Related to #127?

After you re-open the app and try to export the observations, it works (although the export is currently empty, also #127), it's just when you download a new region first that it fails.

Figured it out, the observe-export module needs to be re-upped as well following a db close/wipe. Didn't fix the export tho. Will pr shortly.
