Using the relation toolbox plugin? #21

The relation toolbox JOSM plugin is very useful to fix old-style relations. Select the relation, right-click it in the toolbox, and choosing "Reconstruct polygon" will move the tags from the outer way to the relation.

Would there be any disadvantages to suggesting it for our multipolygon work?

Ignore this, the reltoolbox plugin is great but doesn't do this.
