Wrong number of trees in exercise 3, more trees mapped #27

Exercise 3 says that there are THREE trees in the area, which doesn't reflect currently mapped features, there are eight trees in the area as of September 21, 2019.

By now 9 mapped trees, 4 out of them with height tag.
