Add North American railway companies #7857

The following are Class I railroads operating in North America. These are primarily freight railroads, not public transit operators. The operator tags apply to railway=rail and route=railway.

United States only:

Note that in the United States, each railroad is regionally concentrated. If it would be beneficial to geographically restrict them to certain states, I can compile a list of states for each railroad.

Those wikidata tags were already all added - with a large, undiscussed mass edit...

This impacts hundreds of thousands of ways (which aren't tagged with operator so far i.e.) and needs to be properly discussed first.
