Bürgerstiftung Köln does not have a wikidata page. Some have been installed in collaboration with Stadt Köln (Q365) which could be used as workaround.

At least 54 bookcases, of which at least 6 either only open during certain hours, or (temporarily) unavailable. Some already in OSM, but they are currently named 'Öffentlicher Bücherschrank' which is also a generic term. https://buergerstiftung-koeln.de/projekte/buecherschraenke/
