Duplicate building/bike rack addresses #120

There's quite a few of these around http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/40.676494/-73.955366.

Personally I doubt if the bike racks really have addresses, but are instead near addresses.

We didn't import bike racks. Add note?

Maybe I'm missing sth, but closing for now.
